Description

The ensemble Vētras saites plays instrumental photo-ambient chamber music, the main musical accent being on the electric kokle, a Latvian string instrument, played by Latvīte Podiņa (Cirse). Together with guitar and djembe, the kokle creates an original and especially beautiful mood.

The booklet includes special short poems by Ilmārs Šlāpins for every instrumental piece, as well as special photographies by different photographers – selected for this album. Hence the name – photo-ambient.
