Description

In this album Alberts Mednis plays a number of tunes that were popular before the war and even earlier. Some of them still can be heard in traditional weddings and other celebrations.

The booklet includes information about the playing traditions of the three-row accordion in Latvian, English and Russian language, about Albert Mednis’ life and his own comments about the recorded melodies.
