The label “Lauska” has started a close co-operation with the German label “CPL Music” this year that has resulted in the re-release of the albums by Auļy and Tautumeitas “Lai māsiņa rotājas”, as well as the first solo album by Tautumeitas.
CPL Music also now has released the double album “Folk & great Tunes from Latvia” featuring most of the active Latvian folkgroups, such as Zari, Raxtu Raxti, Lata Donga, Rāva, ZeMe, Jauno Jāņu Orķestris and others.
Similar compilations have been created already for Estonia, Finland, Norway and Scotland.
Thanks to the co-operation between Lauska and CPL-Music the double album “Folk & great Tunes from Latvia” can now also be purchased in the Lauska online shop, and a number of albums released by Lauska, are on offer in the catalogue of the German label CPL-Music www.cpl-musicshop.de.
