Most of the group\u2019s repertoire comes from Ro\u017eupe, B\u0113rzpils, Auleja, Bukmui\u017ea, \u0160\u0137ilb\u0113ni, Prei\u013ci and other localities in the eastern Latvian region of Latgale. These are, however, also supplemented with knowledge and songs from other parts of the country. The group\u2019s friendship with singer-songwriter K\u0101rlis Kaz\u0101ks has resulted in a number of new arrangements and the popularising of Latgallian songs both in Latgale and elsewhere in Latvia. <\/p>
