LAUSKA ONLINE SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Lauska Online Shop you can buy the physical albums and books released by Lauska.
The prices include Value Added Tax. Delivery within Latvia is free of charge via Latvijas Pasts. Outside of Latvia shipping costs will be added.
The order has to be filled in at the Online Shop Lauska www.lauska.lv . Choose Your goods and the amount and proceed to CHECKOUT!
Required information from private customers: Name, Surname, Delivery Address, Phone Number, E-mail.
Required information from organisations: Company Name, Name and Surname of contact person, Phone Number, E-mail, delivery Address, Bank Account, International VAT Number and Legal Address. If the Company holds an International VAT Number, we will write an invoice without VAT.
Your data will be used only to execute Your order.
After You have submitted Your order, You will receive:
- E-mail: You will receive an invoice per E-mail. Please make the bank transfer or PayPal transfer within 1 week and state the Invoice Number in the Payment order.
- E-mail: we will inform You that we have received the payment and that Your goods have been handed over to Latvijas Pasts – and they are on their way to You. It would be nice to receive a reply as soon as the goods have arrived. You will receive the original invoice together with the goods.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL
The right of refusal is the customer’s right to withdraw unilaterally from the Distance Contract (to cancel an order) within a specified term without paying any penalty, interest or compensation for loss. The customer may exercise the right of refusal unilaterally within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The term allowed for the exercise of the right of refusal starts from the date of receipt by the customer of the goods or a part (parts) thereof.
All complaints and refusals can be sent to: SIA Studija „Lauska”, Miera iela 54-14a, Rīga, LV-1013 Latvia, or via E-mail lauska@lauska.lv. Please state Your name and surname, Address and Phone Number, as well as where and when the complaint has been written. Please inform us also about the reasons for the complaint of refusal.
Within 7 days after writing the refusal You have to return the goods. Please call us +371 2915 6686 or write to lauska@lauska.lv to co-ordinate the return of the goods.
